Return & Refund Policy – Madhu Fabrics

At Madhu Fabrics, every Banarasi silk saree is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return or refund process under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning while opening the sealed package.
  • The video must clearly show the packaging, product, and issue (damage or wrong product).
  • Return or refund requests without unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Steps to Request Return or Refund

    Share your order details, photos, and mandatory unboxing video.
  3. Verification process:
    Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Return or refund approval:
    After approval, we will arrange return pickup or provide further instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund will be completed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • If replacement is available, we may offer replacement instead of refund.

Important Notes for Handloom Sarees

  • Handloom sarees are handmade products. Slight thread variations or irregularities are natural and not considered defects.
  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution. This is not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Eligible Return Cases

  • Return request made after 48 hours of delivery
  • No unboxing video provided
  • Product used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Color variation due to lighting or display
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Wholesale or bulk orders (unless specifically agreed)
