• We make every effort to display product details, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual product color may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
• Handloom and handmade sarees may have slight irregularities or variations. These are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
• Madhu Fabrics reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Bulk or wholesale orders may have separate terms and conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed through our secure payment gateway or approved payment methods.
• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines depend on delivery location and courier partner availability.
• Madhu Fabrics is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.

• Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the package opening and product condition. Without unboxing video, return/refund requests will not be accepted.
• Return or refund is applicable only in case of:
  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product received
• No return or refund will be provided for:
  • Change of mind
  • Minor thread variations in handloom sarees
  • Slight color difference due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
• After approval, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Madhu Fabrics reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content including images, text, logos, and designs belong to Madhu Fabrics.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Madhu Fabrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
